RETURN POLICY

At Minou Kids, we carefully select all our products and we want to be sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order and want to return it for any reason, returns are easy!

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
• Merchandise must have all tags, attached.
• Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
• Hair accessories, underwear, socks and tights cannot be returned.
• GIFTS can be returned for store credit only.

TO MAKE A RETURN

1. Fill out the QTY RETURNED and REASON CODE on the packing list next to the item(s) you are returning.
2. Repack the item(s) in a suitable box or bag and include the packing list with the item(s) you are returning.
3. Complete the customer address section of the pre-paid label and attach it to your package.
4. Give the package to your postal carrier or drop of at any post office in the Continental U.S.

You can track your package at www.usps.com using the tracking number at the bottom of the pre-paid label.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card) will require a shipping and handling fee of $4.95, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

What if you lost your packing slip? (Life is hectic, we get it!)

Please email us at service@minoukids.com or call us at 1-802-999-5247, to obtain your order number. All messages, whether by phone or email, will be returned within two business days.

A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.

Minou Kids is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Also, we maintain the right to refuse credit of any return that does not comply with our return policy. Please review the policy or contact Customer Service with any questions prior to shipping a return.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please follow the instructions on the packing list included with your purchase. You must return your items to the address below within 30 days of purchase. Please write your Order Number on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
